Orders close on Wednesday at midday for collection/ delivery on Friday. However, if we reach capacity for the week prior to this, orders will close earlier.

Yes. Our collection day is Friday from 2:00pm- 6:00pm.

We are located at 305 Lord St, Highgate. Parking is available on Court St.

Yes. Deliveries are on Fridays between 8:00am- 5:00pm.

If you choose to have your order delivered, please ensure someone is home to receive your items or place a cooler bag/ esky with ice bricks in a shaded, accessible area on your property.

To keep everything tasting its best:

Baby Cakes

Store your cake in the fridge for up to 5 days. For the best texture and flavour, take it out about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.

Cookies

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. They’re extra delicious warmed slightly before eating — and even better served with a scoop of ice cream. 🍪🍨

Cookie Dough Balls

Keep your cookie dough balls in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 6 months so you can bake them whenever the craving hits.

Changes to your order can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to collection/ delivery.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice prior to collection/ delivery. You will receive a full refund less processing fees.

We cannot provide any refund for orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

We currently offer gluten-free cakes and cookie boxes. At this stage we don’t offer dairy-free or vegan baby cakes.

Please note that everything is made in our kitchen in Highgate, which handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so while we offer gluten-free options, our kitchen is not coeliac-safe or nut-free.

Yes! Our baby cakes are perfect for intimate weddings and smaller celebrations. Many couples also choose to have one baby cake per table, giving guests their own little cake to share and creating a beautiful, relaxed dessert moment.

Our cakes are made in Gather Bakehouse’s signature style — simple, elegant and delicious. We don’t offer highly customised designs or large tiered wedding cakes, but our baby cakes are a lovely alternative for couples wanting something modern, understated and a little different.

Wedding orders are available for pickup or delivery.

Yes! Our baby cakes are perfect for client gifts, team celebrations, and office birthdays. They’re beautifully packaged and make a thoughtful alternative to flowers or generic gift hampers.

For corporate gifting, bulk orders, or regular deliveries, just get in touch and our team can help organise the details.

Delivery Availability

Delivery is available to selected Perth suburbs on chosen delivery days. Delivery windows are approximate and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, including address, business name (if applicable), and contact phone number. Gather Bakehouse is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If the Recipient Is Not Home

If the recipient is not home, our driver will do their best to leave the order in a safe and cool place at the delivery address. Our cakes are packaged carefully but should be brought inside within a reasonable timeframe. We strongly recommend ensuring someone will be home to receive the delivery, or alternatively placing a cooler bag/ esky with ice bricks in a shaded area out the front of the property.

If there is no safe place to leave the order or the property cannot be accessed, our driver will attempt to contact both the recipient and the sender. If we are unable to make contact after a short waiting period, the order may be marked as undeliverable.

Redelivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been successfully delivered or left in a safe place at the address provided, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer or recipient.

Perishable Products

Our cakes and baked goods are perishable items. We recommend the recipient refrigerates the cake soon after delivery and follows the storage instructions provided.
